Салат «Баронесса» порадует Ваших гостей за новогодним столом

Чтобы приготовить салат нужно: 300 гр. филе селедки, 1 луковица, 2-3 картофелины, 2 морковки, 3-4 куриных яйца, 1 кисло-сладкое яблоко большого размера, майонез.
Для маринада: 0,5 ч. л. соли, 1 ч. л сахара, 1 ст. л. 9% уксуса, 200 мл кипятка.
Начнем готовку с подготовки овощей. Морковь и картофель перекладываем в кастрюлю, заливаем водой и ставим на средний огонь, добавляем соль. Варим до готовности, затем сливаем воду и остужаем. Яйца варим вкрутую.
Луковицу чистим от шелухи. Затем разрезаем ее на 4 части и дальше тонко нарезаем. Перекладываем в пиалу. К ней добавим сахар, соль, уксус. Далее заливаем все кипятком, размешиваем. Когда вода остынет, сливаем ее.
Салат будем собирать с помощью кольца из разъёмной формы. Ставим его на дно тарелки, которое польем слегка майонезом. Картошку чистим, натрем на мелкой терке. Выкладываем ее первым слоем и обильно смазываем майонезом.
Филе селедки режем мелким кубиком. Его выкладываем на слой картофеля. Маринованный лук выложим следующим слоем, промажем слой майонезом.
Яблоко очищаем от кожуры и трем на крупную терку. Выложим его на слой лука.
Морковь чистим, трем на мелкой терке. Выкладываем ее следующим слоем, смазываем майонезом.
Затем нужно яйца разделить на желтки и белки . Далее трем их по отдельности на мелкой терке. Желток выкладываем посередине, а белок по кругу. Ставим салатик в холод на пару часов. После этого осторожно снимаем форму.
