Вкусный рецепт салата с черносливом

Для готовки салатика нужно взять: 1 копченый куриный окорочок, 2-3 картофелины, 1 морковь, 3-4 маринованных огурца, 1 репчатый лук, 10 штук чернослива, 2-3 столовые ложки майонеза, 1 пучок зелени петрушки небольшого размера.

Картофель и морковь отвариваем до готовности. После сливаем воду. Остужаем овощи, чистим от кожуры и режем кубиками маленького размера.

Куриные яйца отвариваем вкрутую. Затем остудим, почистим от скорлупы, нарезать их необходимо так же кубиками небольшого размера.

Репчатый лук почистим от шелухи, нарезаем его мелкими кубиками. Обжаривать лук будем на растительном масле до образования золотистого оттенка.

Переходим к куриному окорочку. С него нужно снять кожу, удалить кости. После этого нам необходимо порезать его кубиками небольшого размера.

Маринованным огурцам обрезаем кончики, нарезаем их кубиком маленького размера.

Теперь переходим к главному ингредиенту этого салата – черносливу. Его нужно промыть, просушить и порезать мелко.

Пучок зелени петрушки промоем под проточной водой, просушим и измельчим.

Переходим к сборке салатика. В салатницу выкладываем все подготовленные ингредиенты.

Посыпаем черным молотым перцем и заправляем майонезом, тщательно перемешиваем. Охлаждаем салат в холодильнике. Перед подачей посыпаем обжаренным жареным луком.
