Рецепт быстрого приготовления кексов на сгущенке

Чтобы приготовить тесто для кексиков подготовим такие ингредиенты: 300-320 грамм муки, щепотку соли, 2 чайные ложки ванильного сахара, 1 банка сгущенного молока 8,5% (380 грамм), 1 стакан воды, 2 чайные ложки разрыхлителя, соды на кончике ножа, 110 грамм сливочного масла, 2 столовые ложки лимонного сока.

В глубокую посуду просеиваем муку. Затем к ней добавим разрыхлитель для теста, соду, щепотку соли и ванильный сахар, тщательно размешаем. Далее в полученную массу выльем баночку сгущенки, лимонный сок и воду. Теперь вымешиваем хорошо тесто, чтобы не было комочков муки.

Сливочное масло необходимо заранее растопить в микроволновой печи или на водяной бане, немного охлаждаем. После этого добавляем его в полученное тесто, размешиваем и отставляем в сторону примерно на 5 минут. Оно по своей консистенции должно напоминать густую сметану.

Для выпечки кексов я буду использовать силиконовые формочки. Если у Вас таких нет, то можете использовать любые формочки, которые у Вас есть (бумажные, металлические). Каждую форму смажем растительным маслом, заполняем тестом на 2/3, перекладываем их на противень.

Выпекаем кексы в подогретой до 180 градусов духовке около 25-30 минут. Проверяем готовность деревянной зубочисткой. Затем вынимаем их из формы, остужаем на решетке.
