А теперь готовим Малосольные огурчики с хреном: Этап 1. Замачиваем огурцы в холодной воде на 2 ч. Воду сливаем, огурцы тщательно промываем и обрезаем с двух сторон. Хрен чистим и режем тонкими кружочками.
Этап 2. На дно эмалированной кастрюли выкладываем половину приправ, сверху укладываем огурцы и прикрываем оставшейся частью приправ. Кипятим 2 литра воды с солью и остужаем до 55 градусов.
Этап 3. Заливаем рассолом огурцы, накрываем тканевой салфеткой, кладем деревянный кружок и гнет.
Этап 4. Оставляем огурцы при комнатной температуре 3 дня и подаем к столу.Приятного аппетита!
