Необычный рецепт приготовления заливного

Для готовки возьмем: 100 г. ветчины, ½ болгарского перца, ½ банки консервированной кукурузы, 20 г. желатина, 100 мл воды, 1 ст. куриного бульона, 78 шт. яичной скорлупы, петрушка.
Для бульона: куриное филе, 1 лук, 2 лавровых листа, 2 шт. душистого перца, 2 шт. черного перца горошком.
Нам нужен куриный бульон. В кастрюлю нальем литр воды. Туда же выложим филе, лавровый лист, душистый и черный перец, очищенную лук. Ставим кастрюлю на средний огонь, в процессе приготовления снимаем пену и солим. Готовый бульон процеживаем через сито.
Желатин зальем теплой водой , размешиваем и оставляем набухать.
Ветчину нарежем кубиками небольшого размера . Болгарский перец промоем, просушим, очистим от семян. Режем его так же кубиком маленького размера.
Набухший желатин перекладываем в миску , заливаем горячим бульоном, хорошо перемешиваем до тех пор, пока весь желатин полностью не растворится.
Яичную скорлупу готовим заранее. Ее тщательно моем снаружи с содой, сушим. Далее немного разбиваем тупой конец и выливаем яйцо. Внутри его так же промываем с содой, хорошо выполаскиваем и просушиваем.
Листик петрушки выложим на дно скорлупы. Затем выкладываем по 1 слою ветчину, перец болгарский и кукурузу. Дальше наливаем по столовой ложке бульона. Теперь снова выкладываем ветчину, перец и кукурузу. Скорлупу заполняем полностью. После заливаем бульоном и убираем в холодильник до полного застывания.
Когда заливное застынет , осторожно снимаем скорлупу и подаем на стол.
