Оригинальная новогодняя закуска «Елочные шары»

Для приготовления необходимо : 400 гр. куриного филе, 150 гр. твердого сыра, 30 гр. укропа, 2 зубчика чеснока, 120 гр. майонеза, соль, 1 ст. л. приправы для курицы с розмарином, 2 ст. л. растительного масла.
Для подачи : 100 гр. обжаренного арахиса, зеленый лук, маслины без косточек, укроп.
Куриное филе польем растительным маслом, посолим и посыпаем приправой для курицы с розмарином, перемешаем . Оставляем мясо мариноваться на 30 минут.
По истечению времени на сковородку нальем растительное масло и выкладываем филе. Обжариваем его на маленьком огне с обеих сторон до румяного оттенка (примерно 30 минут).
Твердый сыр трем на мелкую терку . Укроп промоем, просушим и измельчим. Арахис с помощью блендера измельчаем в крошку.
Маслины разрезаем пополам. Зеленый лук нужно вымыть, обсушить, разрезаем каждую веточку на две части. Затем каждый кусочек зеленого лука сгибаем пополам и вставляем в половинку оливки. У нас получается «нитка к елочной игрушке».
Остывшее куриное филе режем мелкими кубиками, выкладываем его в миску . К нему добавим сыр, укроп. Все тщательно размешиваем. В майонез выдавливаем чеснок, перемешиваем. Далее этой смесью заправляем салатик с куриным мясом.
Из полученного салата ладонями формируем шарики среднего размера, который со всех сторон окунаем в арахисовую крошку.
Сверху на шарик ставим маслину с луком.
