Оригинальный рецепт закуски на Новый год

Для приготовления подготовим: 100 грамм твердого сыра, 3 куриных яйца, 2 столовые ложки майонеза, 1 долька чеснока большого размера, 100 грамм крабовых палочек, немного веточек укропа и петрушки.

Начнем готовить. На первом этапе нам нужно отварить куриные яйца вкрутую, остудить, снять скорлупу и натереть на мелкую терку.

В посуду к яйцам трем на мелкой терке кусочек твердого сыра. Затем еще нужно будет очистить дольку чеснока и так же натереть его на мелкую терку. После этого к этим ингредиентам добавляем майонез и тщательно размешиваем. Я солить данную массу не буду. Вы по желанию можете добавить соль.

С крабовых палочек снимем упаковку. Их тоже необходимо натереть на мелкой терке, но делаем это уже в отдельную посуду.

Пучок веточек укропа и петрушки промоем в проточной воде, обсушим и нарезаем очень мелко. Затем перекладываем измельченную зелень в ранее подготовленную яично-сырную массу, хорошо перемешиваем.

Переходим к процессу формирования шариков.

Руки необходимо смочить в холодной воде или одеть целлофановые перчатки. Это нужно делать для того, чтобы масса не липла к рукам. Из массы, которую мы сделали раньше, скатываем ладонями небольшие шарики. Далее обмакиваем каждый шарик в крошке из крабовых палочек.
