Фруктовое желе порадует Вашу семью на Новый год

Чтобы приготовить желе необходимо: 2 ст. л. пищевого желатина, 2 стакана кипяченой холодной воды, 1 киви, 1 банан, 1 груша, 1 яблоко, 1 апельсин, 1 мандарин, виноград без косточки, 3 стакана вишневого морса или компота, 1 стакан сливок, клюква.

Желатин высыпаем в миску. В него выливаем воду, перемешиваем и оставляем на 1 час, чтобы желатин набух, периодически деревянной шпажкой перемешиваем.

Фрукты можете использовать любые. Все фрукты нужно промыть под проточной водой и просушить. Далее с банана снимаем кожуру, режем его кубиками. Мандарин и апельсин тоже очищаем,  нарезаем их кусочками небольшого размера. Киви чистим, режем тонкими дольками. С груши и яблока снимем кожуру, режем их небольшими кусочками.

По истечению времени желатин нужно подогреть на огне, но не доводить до кипения. После этого в посуду с вишневым морсом необходимо процедить нагретый желатин, тщательно перемешать.

Теперь начинаем выкладывать фрукты. На дно каждого фужера выкладываем по 5-7 виноградин. Затем выкладываем кусочки киви, кубики мандарина, измельченный банан, кусочки апельсина, немного измельченной груши и яблока.

Дальше наливаем морс с желатином. Убираем фужеры в холодильник до полного застывания.

Стакан жирных сливок нужно взбить и убрать в холодильник. Когда желе застынет, выкладываем на него сливки, клюкву в сахаре и виноград.
