Лакомый наполеон из слоеного теста

Чтобы приготовить торт мы возьмем: слоеное тесто, 3 желтка, 1 ст. сахара, пакетик ванилина, 1 ст. л. крахмала, 1 ст. молока, 200 гр. сливочного масла. 1 ст. л. сахарной пудры.

Для торта нам нужно слоеное тесто быстрого приготовления. Его можно приготовить самим, а можно купить готовое слоеное тесто. Начинаем делить тесто на небольшие кусочки. Затем один кусочек тонко раскатываем. Ровняем края с помощью круглой формы или тарелки.

Перекладываем на противень и накалываем вилкой. Выпекаем коржи в разогретой духовке до румяного цвета.

Переходим к приготовлению крема. В миску отделяем желтки от белков. К желткам добавляем стакан сахара и тщательно это все перетираем.

Затем добавляем ванилин и ложку крахмала. Все аккуратно перемешиваем до однородной массы и выливаем стакан молока. Еще раз перемешиваем.

Переливаем полученную массу в кастрюлю с антипригарным покрытием и варим на медленном огне, постоянно помешивая. Варим до загустения. Крем нужно охладить. Если нет такой кастрюли, можно варить на водяной бане.

В мягкое сливочное масло высыпаем сахарную пудру и взбиваем. Дальше постепенно добавляем охлажденный крем и взбиваем до однородности.

Каждый корж обильно обмазываем кремом. Один корж разминаем в крошку. И этой крошкой посыпаем торт сверху и по краям.
