Чтобы приготовить это блюдо в домашних условиях нужно взять: 3-4 яйца, 1 ст. л. сахара, щепотка соли, 1 ч. л. соды + уксус, мука, растительное масло.
Для сиропа: 2 ст. л. меда, 0,5 ст. сахара.
Яйца разбиваем в тарелку. К ним высыпаем сахар и соль. Далее все слегка взбиваем. После этого соду гасим уксусом и выливаем к остальным ингредиентам.
Затем начинаем вводить просеянную муку, вымешиваем тесто. Накрываем его салфеткой, убираем на 15 минут.
По истечению этого времени рабочую поверхность посыпаем мукой и выкладываем тесто. Расправляем его руками в лепешку толщиной примерно 1 см. затем нарезаем ее на полосочки шириной около 3 см. Из них нужно сделать ладонями жгутики. Каждый дальше нужно нарезать на кусочки размером 1 см на 1 см.
На средний огонь ставим сотейник. Если у Вас его нет, то ничего страшного. Вместо него можно использовать глубокую кастрюлю с двойным дном.
В сотейник наливаем достаточное количество растительного масла. Оно должно хорошо разогреться. После этого выкладываем часть кусочков теста на лопатку и выкладываем их в масло. Обжариваем 2-3 минуты. Готовые шарики выкладываем на салфетку.
Переходим к приготовлению сиропа. В миску перекладываем мед. К нему высыпаем сахар. Все ставим на медленный огонь, доводим до кипения и кипятим примерно 3 минуты.
В миску выкладываем часть шариков и поливаем их слегка сиропом. Сверху выкладываем оставшиеся шарики и выливаем весь сироп, перемешиваем.
После перекладываем на блюдо, формируем в виде горки.
