Простой, но очень вкусный рецепт блинчиков с курицей и ветчиной – вся семья будет в восторге

Для приготовления блинчиков с такой начинкой понадобятся следующие ингредиенты: 150 грамм ветчины, 200-300 грамм копченого куриного филе, 2-3 столовые ложки натурального йогурта, 1 столовая ложка медовой горчицы, зелень веточек укропа, перья зеленого лука по вкусу, готовые блинчики.
Начинаем наше приготовление. Копченое куриное филе необходимо нарезать кубиками маленького размера, выкладываем его в отдельную тарелку.
Ветчину так же нужно нарезать кубиком небольшого размера. Перекладываем ее в посуду к измельченной куриной грудке.
После этого добавим к этим ингредиентам медовую горчицу и натуральный йогурт , тщательно перемешиваем.
Зелень веточек укропа необходимо промыть под проточной водой, просушить слегка и мелко нарезать, перекладываем ее в миску к остальным ингредиентам.
Перья зеленого лука так же промоем в воде, обсушим и измельчим, переложим их в приготовленную начинку. Еще раз хорошо перемешаем продукты.
Переходим к формированию блинчика. Выкладываем небольшое количество начинки по одному краю блина в длину. Затем начинаем заворачивать блинчик в виде рулетика.
С остальными блинами делаем аналогичные действия. Теперь готовые блинчики нарезаем.
