Рецепт бюджетных роллов на Новый год

Чтобы приготовить роллы необходимо следующее: 240 гр. крабовых палочек, 3 огурца, 300 гр. круглозернистого риса, листья нори, сливочный плавленый рис, 330 мл воды, 30 мл 9 % уксуса, 1 ст. л. сахара, 1/3 ч. л. соли.
Начнем нашу готовку. Рис необходимо тщательно промыть несколько раз под проточной водой. Затем перекладываем его в кастрюлю, заливаем водой и ставим вариться на средний огонь. Когда вода закипит, уменьшаем огонь до минимальной отметки и оставляем вариться еще примерно 15 минут.
Переходим к приготовлению заправки для риса . В небольшую мисочку добавим уксус, сахар и соль. Все тщательно перемешиваем.
По истечению времени вернемся к рису. Пересыпаем его в посуду и выльем приготовленную заправку, размешиваем.
Половину крабовых палочек нарезаем длинной соломкой. А оставшиеся палочки режем маленькими кубиками. Свежие огурцы промоем и порежем соломкой в длину.
Плавленый сырок нарезаем тоже длинной соломкой. Раскрываем пачку листьев нори, разрезаем их пополам.
Переходим к формированию роллов. Коврик для суши слегка смазываем подсолнечным маслом. Половинку листа нори выкладываем на коврик глянцевой стороной вниз.
На него выкладываем рис (2 см риса с одной стороны не докладываем, а с другой на 2 см выкладываем больше), переворачиваем нори рисом вниз. Далее выкладываем сырок. На него огурец и крабовые палочки соломкой.
Затем сворачиваем ролл. Посыпаем измельченными крабовыми палочками и еще раз сворачиваем.
