Для приготовления блинчиков с яичным салатом нужно будет взять следующие продукты: 3 куриных яйца, 100 грамм ветчины, 100 грамм твердого сыра, кусочек сливочного масла для обжаривания, готовые блинчики.
На первом этапе нашего приготовления займемся яичной болтушкой. Для этого нам необходимо в глубокую пиалу разбить 3 куриных яйца, размешать их венчиком или вилкой до образования, добавляем соль по вкусу (по желанию можете добавить еще несколько столовых ложек молока, специи).
На средний огонь ставим сковородку, когда она достаточно разогреется, выкладываем небольшой кусочек сливочного масла, а затем выливаем нашу яичную болтушку. Сразу же лопаткой ее нужно начать размешивать, немного приподнимать. На приготовление уйдет у Вас несколько минут.
Ветчину необходимо нарезать кубиками средней толщины . Теперь яичную болтушку нужно смешать с кусочками ветчины.
Твердый сыр нам нужно натереть на крупной терке . После чего перекладываем его в посуду к подготовленным ингредиентам. Все тщательно размешиваем.
Выкладываем достаточное количество начинки на середину блинчика, заворачиваем его конвертом . С остальными блинами делаем аналогичные действия.
Далее нужно обжарить все блинчики на сливочном масле.
