Завтрак быстрого приготовления. Яичный рулет

Для приготовления яичного рулета возьмем: 4 куриных яйца, 20-30 гр. сыра, растительное масло для жарки, соль, 10-20 гр. сливочного масла, зелень петрушки для украшения.
Начинаем приготовление . Для начала берем яйца и аккуратно отделяем белок от желтка.
Вторым шагом к готовому яичному рулету будет заготовка сыра. Берем сыр и натираем на крупной терке.
Одну столовую ложку растительно масла наливаем на сковороду и ставим на средний огонь. Пока нагревается наша сковорода, мы посолим белки и желтки. Дальше возьмем венчик и начинаем взбивать желтки. А затем белки.
Если у Вас не получится отделить белки от желтков, не расстраивайтесь. Яичный рулет у Вас тоже получится. Только его внешний вид будет отличаться.
Тем временем, пока мы взбивали яйца, сковорода с растительным маслом нагрелась. На раскаленную сковороду добавляем немного сливочного масла.
После того, как оно растопилось, выливаем на сковороду желток . Пусть он немного схватится.
А затем выливаем белок на желток . Огонь делаем медленным и накрываем сковороду крышкой.
Спустя несколько минут открываем крышку и на наши яйца выкладываем посередине толстым слоем тертый сыр. Ждем, когда он расплавится. При желании опять сковороду накрываем крышкой.
После того как сыр расплавился аккуратно сворачиваем наши яйца рулетом, не снимая со сковороды . Перевернули рулет и еще немного времени прожарим.
Готовый рулет снимаем со сковороды на тарелку и украшаем зеленью.
