Простой, но очень вкусный рецепт салатика с двумя видами красной рыбы

Чтобы приготовить это блюдо нужно взять следующие ингредиенты: 400 грамм филе свежей нерки, 100 грамм филе красной малосольной рыбы или рыбы холодного копчения, 30 грамм маринованного имбиря, 2 столовые ложки соевого соуса, 2 столовые ложки подсолнечного масла, 4 листа салата, 1 чайная ложка семечек кунжута (обжаренных).
Переходим к готовке. Для приготовления этого салатика Вы можете взять любую свежую рыбку лососевых пород. Филе нерки нарежем на кубики небольшого размера толщиной около 1 см.
Сковородку ставим на огонь, наливаем 1 чайную ложку подсолнечного масла. Как только оно достаточно раскалится, мы выложим нарезанную красную рыбку, жарим ее до готовности, около 5 минут на среднем огне, перемешиваем. Теперь нерку выложим тарелку, застеленную бумажными полотенцами, остужаем. Делаем это для того, чтобы лишнее масло впиталось.
Филе малосольной красной рыбы так же необходимо нарезать кубиком небольшого размера.
Переходим к сборке салатика. Для этого в салатницу выкладываем охлажденную обжаренную красную рыбу и малосольную.
Теперь маринованный имбирь нужно порезать тоненькой соломкой. Его так же перекладываем в посуду к рыбе. Затем в салат добавляем соевый соус, подсолнечное масло и хорошо перемешиваем.
Готовый салат выкладываем на листья салата, сверху посыпаем предварительно обжаренными семечками кунжута.
