Как приготовить овощной салат с креветками

Для приготовления овощного салата с креветками нам понадобятся следующие продукты:
200 грамм отварных очищенных креветок,
2 клубня картофеля средней величины,
четыре столовых ложки зелёного рубленого лука,
6 столовых ложек зелёного горошка,
огурец свежий,
яблоко,
масло растительное 4 ч-ложки,
соль и салатные специи по вкусу.
Начинаем приготовление.
Отварить две картофелины средней величины в мундире, вынуть их из воды, остудить. Картофелины очистить от кожицы и порезать на кубики. Креветки отварить в подсоленной воде до готовности, достать из воды, очистить и выложить на блюдо.
Огурцы тщательно вымыть, используя щеточку, срезать кончики, отбраковать (или очистить от кожуры) те, которые с горчинкой, и тонко нарезать приготовленные (неотбракованные) огурцы кружочками. Яблоки промыть, разрезать пополам или на четверти, удалить плодоножку и семенную коробку, нашинковать. Зеленый лук промыть в проточной воде, очистить от верхней кожицы и мелко порубить.
