Для приготовления салатика нужно взять: 200 грамм мяса, 150 грамм консервированной кукурузы, 1 морковка, 2 картофелины, 2 яйца, 50 грамм орехов, 1 гранат, майонез, соль.
Я взяла курицу. Вы можете взять любое мясо или язык . Курицу нужно отварить в подсоленной воде до готовности. Затем сливаем воду, остужаем мясо и нарезаем небольшими кубиками.
Картофель и морковь так же варим до готовности, сливаем воду, остудим. Картошку очистим от кожуры и натрем на крупную терку. Морковь чистим, ее тоже необходимо натереть на крупную терку.
Яйца варим вкрутую, остужаем, чистим от скорлупы и трем на крупную терку.
Грецкие орехи очистим от скорлупы, измельчим с помощью ножа.
Для сборки салата нам будет нужна глубокая миска или форма. Ее необходимо будет застелить пищевой пленкой. Первым слоем выкладываем тертую морковь, смазываем слегка майонезом. Вторым слоем будут измельченные грецкие орехи + майонез.
Третьим слоем выложим консервированную кукурузу, смазываем майонезом. Следующим слоем будут яйца + майонез.
Отварное мясо выкладываем на слой яиц, смажем майонезом. Последним слоем будет картошка. Затем перевернем форму на блюдо, поливаем салат слегка майонезом.
Сверху украшаем гранатовыми зернами и кукурузой. Салатик должен пропитаться в холодильнике.
