Простой рецепт салата, дающий ощущение праздника

Чтобы приготовить салат, по этому рецепту, нужны будут следующие продукты: 1 банка консервированной кукурузы (примерно 340 грамм), банка консервированных ананасов (565 грамм), 400 грамм куриной грудки, 4 вареных яйца, несколько веточек зелени петрушки, 2 столовые ложки майонеза.
Куриную грудку промоем, переложим в кастрюлю, зальем водой и поставим на средний огонь. Варим до готовности, солим. Затем сливаем воду, остужаем мясо, режем его кубиками среднего размера.
Куриные яйца заранее нужно сварить вкрутую . Далее остудим яйца, снимаем скорлупу. Режем их такими же кубиками, как и куриную грудку.
Веточки петрушки необходимо промыть под проточной водой, слегка обсушить и мелко нарезать.
Переходим к сборке салата. В салатницу сначала выложим кубики куриной грудки. Затем нам нужно открыть баночку консервированной кукурузы, вылить всю жидкость и кукурузу переложим в салатницу к куриному мясу.
Далее откроем баночку консервированных ананасов, сольем сироп. Я брала ананасы уже нарезанные кусочками.
Если Вы возьмете ананасы кольцами, то Вам нужно будет порезать их кубиками среднего размера. Выкладываем их к уже подготовленным ингредиентам. Затем к ним добавим яйца и петрушку. Салат заправим майонезом, размешиваем.
