Рецепт необычного салата «рыбки в пруду»

Для приготовления этого салата мы будем использовать: 50-60 гр. сыра, 3 куриных яйца, 2 картофелины, одну банку шпрот, один пучок укропа, 3 столовые ложки майонеза.
Начинаем готовить. Яйца и картофель отвариваем до готовности. Очищаем картофель и натираем на крупной терке. Яйца чистим от скорлупы, отделяем белок от желтка и натираем на мелкой терке белок и желток. Сыр трем на крупной терке.
Открываем банку шпрот. Шесть штучек откладываем в отдельную посуду для украшения. А оставшуюся рыбу разминаем вилкой.
Начинаем собирать салат. Первым слоем выкладываем на тарелку тертую картошку. Разравниваем ровным слоем по поверхности тарелки. Картошку нужно обмазать майонезом. Для удобства майонез я перекладываю в обычный пакет, срезаю кончик у него. Майонезом рисуем сеточку на картошке.
Следующим слоем будут шроты. Выкладываем всю рыбу на картофель. Масло с рыбы сливать не нужно. Дальше выкладываем тертый желток. На желток выкладываем тертый сыр. Затем майонезом рисуем сеточку.
Последним слоем выкладываем по серединке салата тертый белок.
Возьмем пучок укропа. Отрезаем зелень от стебля, он нам не нужен. Начинаем украшать салат. По краям салата выкладываем веточки укропа. Затем берем шпроты, которые мы откладывали и втыкаем их по центру блюда.
