Рецепт полезного салата для празднования Нового года

Для приготовления возьмем: 3 болгарского перца (зеленый, красный, желтый), 2 помидора, 200 гр. ветчины, 200 гр. твердого сыра, 150 гр. маринованных шампиньонов, 100 гр. зеленого лука.
Для заправки: 1-5 ст. л. оливкового масла, 2-3 ст. л. соевого соуса, 2 ч. л. лимонного сока, 1-2 дольки чеснока, соль, черный перец.
Ветчину необходимо нарезать кубиками среднего размера. Выкладываем ее в тарелку.
Твердый сыр тоже нужно нарезать кубиком средней толщины , перекладываем его в посуду к ветчине.
Помидоры промоем, просушим, вырезаем кончики и режем маленькими кубиками . Переложим его в посуду к подготовленным ингредиентам.
Зеленый лук, промоем, обсушим, измельчаем . Выкладываем его в общую тарелку к остальным продуктам.
Туда же высыпаем маринованные шампиньоны. У меня они маленького размера. Но если у Вас грибы будут большого размера, то перережьте их на несколько частей.
Болгарский перец нужно промыть в воде, просушить и вырезать семечки . После этого из нескольких половинок нужно выдавить с помощью небольших металлических формочек фигурки. Оставшийся перец нарезаем кубиками среднего размера. Его так же перекладываем к остальным ингредиентам.
Переходим к приготовлению заправки. Чеснок пропускаем через пресс в пиалу. К нему добавим соевый соус, оливковое масло, сок лимона, черный перец, соль, все размешиваем. После этого заправляем салат и перемешиваем.
Готовый салат выкладываем в креманки, украшаем фигурками из перца.
