Рецепт простого, но сытного салатика «Столичный»

Для приготовления нужно взять: 300 грамм куриного филе, 4 картошки среднего размера, 1 морковка, 1 свежий огурец, 2-3 маринованных огурчика, 4 куриных яйца, 2 столовые ложки майонеза.
Вначале приготовления нам необходимо сделать некоторые заготовки. Картошку и морковку варим в подсоленной воде до готовности. После сливаем воду, остужаем овощи, очищаем их от шкуры и нарезаем кубиками небольшого размера.
Куриные яйца предварительно варим , охлаждаем, снимаем скорлупу и режем кубиком маленького размера.
Филе для этого салатика варим в подсоленной воде или запекаем в фольге в подогретой духовке при 200 градусах около получаса. Затем куриное мясо нарезаем небольшими кубиками. По желанию куриное мясо можете заменить отварной говядиной.
Свежий огурчик ополоснем в воде, просушим и режем кубиком маленького размера. Маринованные огурцы нарезаем точно так же.
Собираем салатик. Для этого в посуду выкладываем отваренный картофель, куриное мясо, вареную морковку, яйца, огурчики.
Теперь все ингредиенты заправим майонезом, хорошо размешиваем, перекладываем салат в пиалу и подаем к столу.
