Рецепт салата «Оливье» на новый лад

Для приготовления салата «Оливье» нам нужно взять: три штуки отварного картофеля, четыре маринованных огурца, шесть вареных яиц, баночку зеленого горошка, 200-300 гр. колбасы, майонез, белок двух яиц для украшения.
Начинаем приготовления салата с заготовок . Мы очищаем картошку и нарезаем ее мелкими кубиками. Огурцы тоже нарезаем мелкими кубиками. Яйца чистим от скорлупы и нарезаем кубиками. Колбасу тоже режем кубиками.
Салат у нас будет слоеным . Поэтому мы будем использовать разъемное кольцо. Его мы ставим на дно тарелки, на которую будем выкладывать салат.
Первым слоем укладываем картофель и обильно обмазываем майонезом.
Вторым слоем высыпаем соленые огурцы. Разравниваем по тарелке. Немного придавливаем огурцы к картошке ложкой. Все промазываем майонезом.
Третьим слоем будет колбаса. Ее тоже обильно смазываем майонезом.
Четвертым слоем выкладываем яйца , разравниваем аккуратно и придавливаем ложкой. Сверху смазываем майонезом.
Возьмем белок двух яиц и потрем его на мелкой терке. Выкладываем его аккуратно по краям нашего салата. В середину салата выкладываем зеленый консервированный горошек.
После того, как все слои выложили, аккуратно снимает разъемную форму . Украшаем готовый салат майонезом и остатками зеленого горошка.
