Салат с куриными сердечками и черносливом «Вкусняшка»

Ингредиенты:

зоо г очищенных куриных сердечек
5 яиц сваренных вкрутую
2 средних луковицы
2 моркови
150 г чернослива предварительно очищенных от косточек примерно 100-150 г сыра
250 г майонеза
100 г растительного масла соль черный молотый перец
250 г холодной воды
20 г столового уксуса
30 г сахара
Для украшения нам понадобятся листья салата и огурцы.

Рецепт приготовления:

Чернослив тщательно промываем.

Лук нарезаем тонкими полукольцами.

Готовим маринад: в воду добавляем уксус и сахар, тщательно перемешиваем. Заливаем этим маринадом лук, оставляем на 30 минут.

Куриные сердечкиотвариваем в подсоленной воде.

Яйца очищаем и натираем на крупной терке.

Морковь так же трем на крупную терку, чтоб у нас получились длинные полосочки. Затем обжариваем морковку на растительном масле до красивого золотистого цвета.

Куриные сердечки, чернослив нарезаем небольшими кусочками.

Сыр измельчаем на крупной терке, лук достаем из маринада.

Все соединяем и перемешиваем. Затем заправляем майонезом.

Готовый салат с сердечками и черносливом выкладываем на салатные листья, украшаем тонко нарезанными свежими огурчиками. Ставим в холодильник на 20 минут.
