Вся семья будет в восторге за новогодним столом от салата с красной рыбой

Для приготовления салата необходимо взять: 400 грамм свежей рыбы лососевых пород, 100 грамм красной малосольной рыбы или рыбы холодного копчения, 50 грамм маринованного имбиря, 2 столовые ложки соевого соуса, 2 столовые ложки растительного масла, 3-4 листа салата, 1 чайная ложка кунжутных семян.
Для этого салата я взяла рыбу нерку. Ее нужно разделить на филе, осторожно достать все кости и разрезать на небольшие кубики толщиной примерно 1-1,5 см.
Ставим сковороду на средний огонь. На дно наливаем небольшое количество растительного масла, когда оно хорошо разогреется, выкладываем кусочки красной рыбы. Обжариваем их до готовности (примерно 5-6 минут). После этого выкладываем обжаренную нерку на бумажные салфетки, чтобы излишки масла впитались.
Я взяла малосольную красную рыбу тоже нерку, у меня уже готовое филе . Его нужно нарезать кубиками маленького размера. В общую салатницу выкладываем жаренную и малосольную рыбку.
Маринованный имбирь необходимо нарезать тонкой соломкой. Перекладываем его в салатницу к подготовленным ингредиентам. Затем наливаем в салат соевый соус и растительное масло, тщательно размешиваем.
Листья салата промоем под проточной водой, немного обсушим и выкладываем на тарелку. На них высыпаем приготовленный салатик, притрушиваем обжаренными семенами кунжута.
