Выгодный и легкий салатик с капустой – экономно и очень вкусно

Для приготовления нужно будет использовать следующее: 400 грамм пекинской капусты, 1 баночка консервированной кукурузы, 300 грамм филе, 50 грамм перьев зеленого лука, 2 столовые ложки майонеза, 2 чайные ложки дижонской горчицы, соль, черный молотый перец.
Начнем наше приготовление. Капусту мелко шинкуем.
Перья зеленого лука нужно будет промыть в воде, слегка просушить . Затем нарезаем его очень мелко. Так же по желанию зеленый лук Вы можете заменить белым репчатым луком.
Куриную грудку предварительно необходимо отварить до готовности в подсоленной воде . После этого остудим ее, нарежем кубиками маленького размера. Если Вы не любите куриное мясо, то его в этом салате можно заменить любой колбасой, которая Вам больше приходится по вкусу.
Начинаем собирать наш салат . В миску выложим шинкованную пекинскую капусту. Далее к ней переложим измельченные перья зеленого лука и кубики куриного филе.
Теперь откроем баночку консервированной кукурузы. Жидкость из банки сольем, а кукурузу выложим к уже подготовленным ингредиентам.
Далее добавим в салат дижонскую горчицу, немного соли, черный молотый перец, перемешиваем.
Заправляем все майонезом, еще раз размешаем.
