Огурцы в горчичной заливке. Этот рецепт вы точно запомните

Пищевые ингредиенты, которые будут нужны:
На банки емкостью 0,5 л:
Огурцы – 4 кг
Сахар – 1 стакан
Уксус 9% – 1 стакан или уксус 70% – 2 ст. л.
Масло растительное – 1 стакан
Вода – 1 стакан
Чеснок- 1 головка
Перец молотый – 1 ст. л.
Горчица сухая – 2 ст. л.
Соль – 3 ст.л.

А теперь готовим Огурцы в горчичной заливке.:
Этап 1. Огурцы моем и режем на четыре части вдоль.

Этап 2. Смешиваем сахар, соль, перец, сухую горчицу. Перемешиваем.

Этап 3. Кладем в огурцы.

Этап 4. Добавляем растительное масло, воду, уксус. Перемешиваем.

Этап 5. Чеснок чистим , измельчаем , добавляем в огурцы. Перемешиваем и оставляем на 3 часа.

Этап 6. Раскладываем огурцы в 0,5 банки.

Этап 7. Заливаем соком .

Этап 8. Банки
ставим в кастрюлю, выстелив предварительно дно хлопчатобумажным полотенцем . Стерилизуем огурцы
15 мин с момента закипания воды, прикрываем банки стерилизованными металлическими крышками.

Этап 9. Затем салат из огурцов с горчицей закатываем, переворачиваем крышками вниз, укутываем до остывания. Приятного аппетита!
