Крабовая закуска вкуснее, чем в ресторане

Чтобы приготовить такую закуску необходимо взять следующие ингредиенты: 6 штук вафельных тарталеток, 100 г. крабовых палочек, 2 куриных яйца, 100 г. плавленого сырка, 2 дольки чеснока, 3 веточки зелени укропа, 3 столовые ложки майонеза, соль.
На первом этапе приготовления нам нужно сварить вкрутую куриные яйца. Затем сливаем воду, остужаем их, снимаем скорлупу, нарезаем маленькими кубиками.
С крабовых палочек снимаем обертку , режем их так же мелким кубиком.
Плавленый сырок необходимо натереть на крупной терке.
Веточки зелени укропа промоем под проточной водой, хорошо обсушим. После чего мелко его измельчим.
Переходим к сборке салатика. В салатницу перекладываем измельченные яйца, крабовые палочки, тертый сырок и зелень укропа. Зубчики чеснока почистим, пропустим через пресс. Теперь его добавляем в миску к уже подготовленным ингредиентам. Далее заправим салат майонезом, тщательно размешиваем. Добавляем соль по вкусу.
Готовый салатик раскладываем по вафельным тарталеткам.
Я украшаю закуску измельченной зеленью укропа и петрушки, искусственной красной икрой. Вы можете украсить на свой вкус.
