Рецепт оригинальной новогодней закуски

Для того, чтобы приготовить новогоднюю закуску «Мандарины» нам необходимо будет взять: одну большую вареную морковь или две средних, два вареных вкрутую куриных яйца, 30 гр. сыра, две столовые ложки майонеза, один большой зубчик чеснока, две чайные ложки майонеза, веточки петрушки.
Начинаем делать заготовки. Отвариваем яйца, очищаем их от скорлупы и натираем на мелкой терке. Затем возьмем 30 гр. сыра и потрем их тоже на мелкой терке. Далее отвариваем морковь, очищаем и трем на очень мелкой терке. Измельчаем чеснок.
В глубокую миску выкладываем чеснок. Дальше добавляем тертые яйца, сыр и майонез. Все ингредиенты тщательно перемешиваем.
Теперь из полученной смеси нам нужно скатать небольшие шарики.
Переходим к последнему этапу приготовления. Берем небольшое количество тертой морковки и разравниваем ее тонким слоем на поверхности ладони.
Дальше берем наш шарик, ложем по центру и аккуратно заворачиваем его полностью в морковь. Если морковки не хватает, то добавляем из тарелки.
В полученном шарике из морковки делаем ямку сверху и вставляем туда веточку петрушки.
С остальными шариками делаем тоже самое.
