Фруктовое ассорти с мятным сахаром и йогуртом – это вкусный и очень необычный десерт. Он является одним из самых простых блюд в приготовлении. В нём сочетаются сладкие, но в то же время немного кислые нотки фруктов с освежающей мятой.
«Заправкой» этого десерта является мятный сахар, рецепт которого тоже здесь будет. Это ассорти хорошо освежает.
Для приготовления фруктового ассорти понадобится продукты: 1 ананас; 170-200 г свежей черники; 1 манго.
Для мятного сахара понадобятся: небольшой пучок мяты; 100 г коричневого сахара (можно и обыкновенного).
Для украшения подойдет кокосовый йогурт.
Этапы приготовления:
Сначала нужно почистить ананас, очистить от чёрных точек и нарезать любой формы (квадратиками, кружками и так далее), положить в миску.
К ананасу добавить чернику. Затем нужно очистить манго и тоже нарезать любой формы, переложить к чернике с ананасом.
Мяту необходимо хорошо перетереть. Понемногу добавлять сахар, хорошо перетирая, пока он не кончится.
Выложить фруктовое ассорти на красивую тарелку. Далее нужно добавить мятный сахар, хорошо перемешать.
Украсить можно любым йогуртом, но лучше по вкусу будет сочетаться кокосовый йогурт. Приятного аппетита!
