Картофельные пирожки с печенью – вкуснее чем из магазина

Ингредиенты:

Молоко – 1 л
Печень куриная – 600 г
Лук – 2-3 шт
Картофель – 10 шт
Яйцо – 3 шт
Мука – 5 -6 ст. л.
Растительное масло
Соль
Сливочное масло

Как приготовить картофельные пирожки с печенью.

Шаг 1 Наливаем молоко в кастрюлю, выкладываем куриную печень, ставим на огонь и отвариваем минут 10.
Шаг 2 Вареную печень пропускаем через мясорубку.
Шаг 3 Добавляем мелко порезанный и обжаренный на растительном масле лук. Солим и перемешиваем.
Шаг 4 Картофель отвариваем в “мундире”, чистим и теплым пропускаем через мясорубку.
Шаг 5 Добавляем яйцо, муку, соль и вымешиваем мягкое тесто.
Шаг 6 Раскатываем тесто, нарезаем на 8 треугольников, на середину аккуратно выкладываем печеночную начинку и кусочек сливочного масла, накрываем другой заготовкой и защипываем края.
Шаг 7 Выкладываем на разогретую сковороду с маслом и обжариваем с двух сторон до румяной корочки. К столу подаем горячими со сметаной.Приятного аппетита!
