Необычный рецепт картофеля с курицей, который порадует Вас

Чтобы запечь картофель в духовке нужно следующее: 0,5 кг куриных плечевых суставов, 0,5 кг картофеля, 100-150 гр. твердого сыра, 200 гр. грибов, готовый маринад для курицы. 1 луковица, 1 зубчик чеснока, специи, 2 яйца, 1 ст. л. сливок.

Куриное мясо нужно замариновать в готовом маринаде для курицы. Оставляем его на полчаса.

Картофель нужно почистить от кожуры и отварить в подсоленной воде до полуготовности. Твердый сыр нужно натереть на крупную терку.

Для приготовления блюда я использую шампиньоны. Вы можете брать любые грибы. Их нужно почистить, нарезать пластинками и обжарить до золотистого цвета на растительном масле с добавлением специй, измельченного лука и чеснока.

По истечению времени возвращаемся к куриному мясо. Его нужно обжарить на сковороде по 5-7 минут с каждой стороны до образования румяной корочки.

Остуженный картофель нужно нарезать кружочками средней толщины.

Переходим к заключительному этапу приготовления блюда. Форму застелем фольгой. На нее выкладываем мясо. Сверху выкладываем картофель.

Яйца разбиваем в пиалу. К ним добавим сливки, размешиваем. Этой смесью заливаем курицу с картошкой. Следующим слоем выкладываем обжаренные грибы, которые посыпаем тертым сыром.

Ставим противень в подогретую духовку до 175 градусов примерно на 20 минут.

Готовое блюдо посыпаем измельченной петрушкой.
