Рецепт «Пиццы из того, что под рукой»

Чтобы приготовить пиццу возьмем: 1 помидор, 1 маринованный огурец, 200 гр.  колбасы, 100 гр. твердого сыра, 240 мл теплого молока, 1 ч. л. сахара, 1 ч. л. сухих дрожжей, щепотка соли, 2 ст. л. растительного масла, мука, зеленый лук,1 яйцо, майонез.

В теплое молоко высыпаем 1 ч. л. сахара, сухие дрожжи, размешиваем и отставляем на 10 минут. После этого добавляем щепотку соли, 2 ст. л. растительного масла, перемешиваем. Затем вводим постепенно просеянную муку и замешиваем тесто. Накроем его полотенцем и уберем в теплое место на 1,5-2 часа. Оно должно подойти 2 раза.

Переходим к начинке для пиццы. С колбасы снимаем обертку, нарезаем соломкой. Маринованный огурец нарезаем тоненькими ломтиками.

Свежий помидор перекладываем в пиалу и заливаем кипятком на несколько минут. Затем достаем, снимаем с него кожуру и нарезаем полукольцами.

Твердый сыр нужно натереть на крупную терку. Перья зеленого лука промоем, просушим и мелко нарежем.

По истечению времени возвращаемся к тесту. Его нужно разделить на 2 части. Каждую часть расправляем ладонями в форму круга. Далее с помощью скалки раскатываем и перекладываем на противень, смазанный маслом.

Яйцо нужно взбить и этой смесью смазать тесто. Сверху выкладываем помидоры. В промежутки добавляем маринованный огурец. Следующим слоем выкладываем колбасу, зеленый лук. Сверху сделаем сеточку из майонеза. Дальше обильно посыпаем сыром.

Выпекаем при температуре 175 градусов 15 минут.
