Невероятно вкусный рецепт красного борща

Для приготовления борща нужно: 1,5 кг мяса на косточке, 1 кг картофеля, капуста, 1 свекла большого размера, 1 морковь крупного размера, 1 большая луковица, 1 красный сладкий перец, 1 ст. л. томатной пасты, специи, 1 ст. л. соли, лавровый лист, зелень укропа, 6-7 капель 70% уксусной кислоты.
Мясо перекладываем в кастрюлю, заливаем водой и варим 1,5 часа. Периодически убираем пену.
Капусту необходимо очень мелко нашинковать, переложим ее в миску и разминаем руками. Картошку нарезаем кусочками.
Свеклу нарежем брусочками. Луковицу порежем кубиками, а морковь нужно натереть на крупную терку. Красный перец очистим от семян и нарежем брусочками.
Сковородку ставим на огонь, наливаем растительное масло, когда оно раскалится, выкладываем свеклу . Затем добавим уксусную кислоту, перемешиваем, обжариваем свеклу 3 мин.
После этого выкладываем лук . Через 2 мин. выложим морковь и сладкий перец, перемешиваем . Еще через 2 мин. добавляем томатную пасту, размешиваем . Далее нальем немного бульона, убавляем огонь до минимума и тушим 10 мин.
Когда бульон будет готов , достаем из него мясо. Дальше выкладываем в кастрюлю капусту, варим ее 5 мин. Следующим добавим картофель, варим 7 мин, периодически снимаем пену. Теперь солим борщ и выкладываем зажарку, размешиваем.
После закипания уменьшаем огонь и варим 10 мин. Затем добавим черный перец, лавровый лист. Выключаем огонь, посыпаем измельченной зеленью, накрываем кастрюлю крышкой и оставляем на 15 мин.
