Рецепт сытного супа с мясными рулетиками

Для супа нужно: 2 л бульона (куриное мясо, 0,5 лука, лавровый лист), 2 картошки, 1 лук, 1 помидор, 1 ч. л. соли, зелень.
Для мясных рулетов: 1 яйцо, 100 мл воды, ½ ч. л. соли, 240 гр. муки, 300 гр. фарша, 1 лук, 2 дольки чеснока.
Займемся тестом для рулетов . Для этого яйцо вбиваем в емкость. К нему добавим воду, соль, перемешаем. Затем начинаем постепенно вводить муку, вымешиваем тесто. Оно по своей консистенции напоминает тесто для пельменей. Заворачиваем его в пищевую пленку, уберем в сторону на 20 минут.
Готовим бульон. В кастрюлю 2,8 л выкладываем курицу, лук, лавровый лист и заливаем водой. Ставим на огонь, солим, в процессе варки снимаем пену.
Лук и чеснок измельчаем блендером. Теперь фарш смешиваем с измельченными овощами, солим и перчим, размешиваем.
Морковку трем на крупную терку . Помидор разрезаем пополам, так же трем на крупной терке (держим его за шкуру), нам нужна только мякоть. Лук нарезаем кубиком небольшого размера. Картошку нужно натереть на крупную терку.
Сковородку с подсолнечным маслом ставим на огонь, выкладываем лук, жарим до полупрозрачности. Далее выложим морковку, жарим 2 мин. Затем на сковородку добавим помидор, тушим 2 мин.
В кипящий бульон выложим картошку, овощную зажарку. Варим до готовности.
Тесто раскатаем в тонкий пласт, выкладываем равномерным слоем фарш . Затем разрежем все на 3 части, каждую сворачиваем рулетиком и разрезаем на кусочки.
Половину рулетов выложим в суп, как всплывут, готовим 4 мин. Остальные рулеты убираем в морозилку. Далее добавим измельченную зелень.
