Аппетитный торт «Лесная избушка»

Тесто: 8 яиц, щепотка соли, 80 г. сахара (желтки), 120 г. сахара (белки), 10 г. муки, 15 г. кукурузного крахмала, 60 мл молока, 20 г. сл. масла.
Крем: 400 г. сл. масла, 600 г. сгущенки, 3 банана.
Украшения: 30 г. кокосовой стружки, 50 г. грецких орехов, соломка.
Все ингредиенты должны быть комнатной температуры. Отделим желтки от белков. Желтки миксером взбиваем с сахаром (2-3 мин.). Белки взбиваем с солью (2 мин.), а затем с сахаром (4 мин.). Теперь частями вводим белки к желткам, перемешиваем лопаткой. Далее к ним просеиваем муку с крахмалом, вымешиваем тесто. После этого выливаем растопленное масло и молоко, размешаем.
Тесто делим на 2 части. Первую выливаем на противень, застеленный пергаментом, разравниваем равномерным слоем. Выпекаем при 180 градусах 10 мин. С горячего бисквита снимем пергамент. Теперь выпекаем второй бисквит.
Размягченное масло взбиваем миксером до однородности. Затем начинаем частями вводить сгущенку, продолжаем взбивать (1 мин.).
Каждый корж разрезаем пополам . Далее смазываем кремом каждую половину. Дальше выкладываем на крем очищенный банан (целый), сворачиваем в рулет. Еще нам нужно сделать 2 таких же рулета. Оставшуюся половинку бисквита разрежем на 2 части.
Одну часть смажем кремом. Сверху выкладываем вторую, смазываем кремом. На них выкладываем 2 рулета, мажем их кремом со всех сторон. А далее выложим оставшийся рулет, все смазываем кремом.
Торт посыпаем грецкими орехами и кокосовой стружкой. Из соломки делаем окно. Убираем в холодильник на 2 часа.
