С рецептом сладкого пирога справится даже ребенок

Для теста нужно: 1-2 яйца, 200 мл молока, 150 грамм сахара, 300 грамм муки, 1 чайная ложка разрыхлителя для теста.

Для глазури: плитка шоколада, 2 столовые ложки молока.

Для украшения: грецкие орехи, конфетки M&M’s.

Для пропитки: 100 грамм клубничного йогурта.

Готовим тесто. В миске нам нужно перетереть вилкой сахар с яйцами. Затем к ним выливаем молоко комнатной температуры, перемешиваем слегка. Муку размешиваем с разрыхлителем. После этого начинаем вводить муку в тесто, вымешиваем тесто.

Я этот пирог буду выпекать в мультиварке, если у Вас ее нет, то тогда можете приготовить его в духовке при 180 градусах 20-25 минут.

Чашу мультиварки хорошо смазываем кусочком сливочного масла (дно и бока). Теперь переливаем тесто. Выпекаем на режиме выпечка 1 час. Затем оставляем его в мультиварке еще на 10 минут.

Готовим глазурь. Плитку шоколада разламываем и топим на водяной бане, затем добавляем к нему молоко, перемешиваем.

Готовый пирог осторожно достаем из чаши мультиварки, остужаем его.

После этого разрезаем корж на две части. Далее пропитываем один корж клубничным йогуртом, накрываем вторым коржом.

Теперь поливаем пирог глазурью сверху и по бокам. Украшаем его конфетками M&M’s и ядрами грецких орехов.

Готовый пирог уберем в холодильник на 1-1,5 часа.
