Торт «Снежинка» порадует Вашу семью за праздничным столом

Для приготовления нужно: 220 гр. муки, 120 гр. сахара, 2 яйца, 30 гр. сливочного масла, 1 ч. л. разрыхлителя, щепотка соли, 300 мл сливок 33%, 200 гр. сливочного сыра, 160 гр. сметаны, 100 гр. белого шоколада, 100 гр. кокосовой стружки.

Готовим тесто. В миску разобьем яйца. К ним высыпаем соль, сахар и начинаем размешивать венчиком. Сюда же вводим просеянную муку с разрыхлителем, вымешиваем тесто. Оно может липнуть к рукам. Посуду с тестом накроем пищевой пленкой, уберем в холодильник на 3 ч.

По истечению времени в тесто выливаем охлажденное растопленное сливочное масло, продолжаем замес теста. Теперь выложим его на рабочую поверхность, подсыпаем немного муки, делим на 6 частей, уберем их в холодильник.

После этого поверхность застелем пергаментом, посыпаем ее бумагой и выкладываем кусочек теста, раскатываем его в пласт 2 мм толщиной.

С остальными частями делаем то же самое. Выпекаем коржи при 180 градусах 6-7 мин. Затем еще горячие коржи обрезаем нужной нам формы.

Готовим крем. На водяной бане топим шоколад с 2 ложками сливок. Далее остужаем его до комнатной температуры. В отдельной посуде взбиваем миксером сливочный сыр и сметану. Дальше к ним добавим остывший шоколад, кокосовую стружку и размешиваем.

Холодные сливки взбиваем миксером в холодной чаше. Теперь порционно вводим их в крем, аккуратно перемешиваем.

Каждый корж смажем кремом. Бока и верх так же промазываем, посыпаем кокосовой стружкой, пропитываем 5 ч.
