Вся семья будет в восторге от песочного пирога с вареньем

Для приготовления пирога нужно взять: 3 ст. муки, 1 ст. сахара, 200 г. сливочного масла, 2 яйца, 1 чайная ложка разрыхлителя для теста, подсолнечное масло, малиновое варенье.
В большую чашу высыпаем сахар. Теперь нам нужно растопить сливочное масло на водяной бане или в микроволновке, остужаем. Затем переливаем его в посуду с сахаром. Туда же разбиваем яйца, тщательно размешиваем.
Муку размешиваем с разрыхлителем. После этого вводим порционно муку в яично-масляную смесь, вымешиваем тесто . Оно не должно липнуть к рукам. Далее делим его на две части (одна меньше, а другая больше). Меньшую часть заворачиваем в пищевую пленку и убираем в морозилку.
Дно противня смазываем подсолнечным маслом. На него выложим большую часть теста, распределим ее ровным слоем.
Теперь смазываем тесто малиновым вареньем.
Достаем из морозилки вторую часть теста, натираем его на крупную терку прямо на слой варенья равномерным слоем.
Выпекаем пирог в подогретой духовке до 200 градусов примерно 20-25 минут. Остывший пирог нарезаем на порционные кусочки и подаем на стол. Он получается очень нежный и ароматный.
