Борщевая заправка – простой и вкусный рецепт

Пищевые ингредиенты, которые будут нужны:
свекла 3 кг
морковь 1 кг
лук
1 кг
перец сладкий 1 кг
помидоры 1 кг
сахар 1 стакан
соль 3 ст.л.
растительное масло 1 стакан
уксус 9% 125 мл
выход: около 12 банок по 0,5 л

А теперь готовим Борщевая заправка:
Этап 1. Все овощи моем , чистим .
Этап 2. Лук режем полукольцами или четверть кольцами.

Этап 3. Свеклу трем на крупной терке.

Этап 4. Морковь трем на крупной терке.

Этап 5. Сладкий перец режем соломкой.

Этап 6. Помидоры режем дольками.

Этап 7. Солим, добавляем уксус, сахар, растительное масло.

Этап 8. Перемешиваем и ставим на маленький огонь, как только даст сок, огонь прибавляем и варим 25 минут.

Этап 9. Раскладываем горячим в стерильные банки и закатываем. Зимой просто варим бульон , заправляем картошкой,
немного варим и добавляем борщевую заправку, минут через 7-10 борщ готов . Приятного аппетита!
