Рецепт полезных горячих бутербродов из цельнозернового хлеба

Чтобы приготовить такой завтрак потребуется следующее: 150 грамм (4 кусочка) цельнозернового хлеба, 200 грамм творога, 1 куриное яйцо, 1 свежий огурец небольшого размера.
На первом этапе готовки куриное яйцо необходимо разбить в пиалу, хорошо взбиваем его вилкой либо венчиком. Далее в эту яичную смесь выкладываем творог, тщательно перемешиваем. Я использую творог 3% жирности , Вы можете взять даже обезжиренный.
Дно противня или формы для выпечки застилаем пергаментной бумагой или фольгой. На него выкладываем 4 кусочка цельнозернового хлеба (я использую уже порезанный хлеб, если Вы такого не нашли, то сами тонко порежьте его).
После этого на каждый кусочек хлеба необходимо равномерно выложить одинаковое количество яично-творожной начинки.
Ставим противень с бутербродами в подогретую до 200 градусов духовку. Выпекаем примерно 4 минуты (готовность можно определить по яйцу, как только оно схватится, достаем противень и выключаем духовку).
Свежий огурец нужно промыть, просушить и нарезать кружочками.
Его выкладываем на готовые бутерброды . Посыпаем сверху солью и черным молотым перцем.
