Куриная грудка в сливочном соусе

Очень нежное и диетическое блюдо куриная грудка в сливочном соусе, которое прекрасно гармонирует с таким гарниром, как отварной рис. Это блюдо прекрасно подходит для любого случая.
Итак, для того, что бы приступить к приготовлению нам понадобится следующий список продуктов:
Куриная грудка – 1 штука,
Грибы свежие или замороженные – 300 грамм,
Сливки – 250 грамм,
лук репчатый – 2 штуки,
морковь – 1 штука,
соль, сахар по вкусу,
рис.
Куриную грудку очистить от косточки и нарезать мелкими кусочками.
Грибы, если свежие отварить.
Лук репчатый нарезать полукольцами, морковь натереть на терке.
На разогретую сковороду, смазанную маслом, выложить лук, морковь и грибы. Обжаривать на слабом огне 10 минут.
Затем добавляем куриную грудку, солим, перчим и тушим еще 10 минут.
Если хотите, что бы бульона получилось больше, можно добавить немного кипяченой воды. Все это нужно тушить на слабом огне до готовности около 20 минут.
Затем отвариваем рис, и подаем вместе с куриной грудкой.
