Блинчики с очень полезной начинкой – справится даже школьник

Чтобы приготовить блины с красными и желтыми томатами, шпинатом необходимо взять следующие продукты: 150 грамм козьего сыра, 2 красных помидора небольшого размера, 1 помидор желтого цвета небольшого размера, 1 горсть листьев шпината, готовые блинчики.
Готовый блинчик необходимо полностью намазать небольшим количеством козьего жира (мажем так, чтобы слой был не сильно толстый).
Помидоры промоем под проточной водой, просушим и вырежем хвостики. После этого нужно помидоры нарезать тонкими кружочками.
Далее на блинчик, смазанный козьим сыром, выкладываем 3 желтых кружочка помидора и 2 красных кружочка (выложим их на одной половине блина).
Листья шпината так же необходимо промыть под проточной водой, хорошо просушить. После этого на каждый кусочек помидора выложим по одному листочку свежего шпината.
Дальше накроем помидоры и шпинат второй половинкой блинчика . А затем сложим его еще пополам. Таким образом, у нас получился блинчик в виде треугольника.
Оставшиеся блинчики делаем точно так же. Обязательно попробуйте сделать блины с такой начинкой. Они будут не только очень полезными, но еще и диетическими.
