Вкусный диетический рецепт супа

Для приготовления вермишелевого супа мы будем использовать: курицу, три картофеля небольшого размера, одну луковицу среднего размера, одну крупную морковь, 100 гр. маленькой вермишели, соль, приправу для курицы, зелень петрушки.
Для этого супа нам нужен будет куриный бульон . Для этого мы наливаем в кастрюлю воду, кладем туда курицу. Все это отправляем вариться. Если Вам не по вкусу куриный бульон, то для этого супа можно использовать любой другой мясной бульон.
Когда наша курица закипит, мы снимем с нее пену и будем варить до готовности. Пока курица будет вариться перейдем к другим заготовкам.
Нам нужно очистить картофель от кожуры и нарезать его соломкой. Затем очистим лук и морковь. Нарезаем их кубиками. Зажарку для этого супа делать не нужно.
После того как наша курица приготовилась и бульон сварился, нужно достать курицу из него. А затем мы в бульон складываем резаные овощи. Следом за овощами высыпаем в кастрюлю приправу для курицы.
Когда бульон закипит, и картошка практически будет готовой, нам нужно высыпать в кастрюлю маленькую вермишель. После закипания бульона, еще проварить все нужно пять минут.
Наш суп готов . Теперь наливаем его по тарелкам, выкладываем по кусочку курицы и посыпаем измельченной петрушкой.
