Идеальная закуска. Грибные рулетики из слоеного теста

Для приготовления возьмем следующие ингредиенты: 100 гр. консервированных грибов, 100 гр. сливочного сыра, ¼ крупной луковицы, 300 гр. слоеного теста, соль, специи.
Начинаем готовку. Грибы можно использовать сухие или консервированные. Перекладываем их в пиалу. К ним добавляем сливочный сыр.
Луковицу нужно очистить, отрезаем четвертинку и нарезаем полукольцами. Выкладываем ее в пиалу к сыру и грибам. Затем добавим соль, черный перец и любимые специи. Теперь возьмем блендер и измельчим все до образования однородной массы. Начинка готова.
Переходим к тесту. Я беру готовое слоеное тесто из магазина, предварительно его нужно разморозить. Вы можете заранее сделать такое тесто сами. Рабочую поверхность посыпаем небольшим количеством муки. Выкладываем пласт теста. Его нужно разрезать на 4 одинаковые части.
Каждую часть раскатываем скалкой в тонкий квадрат . После этого его нужно обильно промазать ранее приготовленной начинкой и свернуть в рулет, который мы разрезаем на 5 частей.
Форму или противень смазываем маслом или застилаем пергаментом . На него выкладываем рулетики.
Ставим в подогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 15 минут.
